The Shorty service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Shorty and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your content remains yours β we claim no ownership over the URLs you shorten or the OG tags you create.
6. Limitation of Liability
Shorty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Termination
